HEAD OF ROUTESETTING & PROGRAMS
Stone Co. Climbing is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and all around rockstar to become our next Head of Routesetting & Programs (or Part-time Head Routesetter). This individual is critical to making the machine run, and will be ensuring things are “well-oiled” all around. This is an integral role at the very heart of the company. As a leader at Stone Co., you will truly have the ability to impact thousands in Building Strong Community Through Climbing. This is mostly a behind-the-scenes role, and the right person will love learning, growing a team, being creative, getting hands-on, and running a “system” through which others will thrive.
